Customer account creation notification

Hi

i have alidropship plugin installed over wordpress, when new customer register there are 2 issues found:

1) the mail comes to the spam folder
2) the from subject and to fields are different than what configured in the plugin.

please advice what to do.



this is the configuration in alidopship plugin:

You need to use a decent email processor like Pepipost.

2) the from subject and to fields are different than what configured in the plugin.

No idea without looking at your setup. Double check everything. My Woo setup works fine.

i am using the ALiDropShip hosting and mail service

for the subject field it is configured through the Alidropship plugin [i am using wordpress] and configuration looks fine, however issue still exist.

They don't have a mail service. You mean you're using the SMPT in Wordpress? Or another like Mailchimp?
The emails sent via the built in SMPT often go to the SPAM folder.

Yes you are right it was configured with the built in SMTP i have changed to pepipost and it is fine now
