Customer 3 Email Notifications instead of 2

Hi, is there a way to set 3 email notifications to the customer instead of 2?

1) After the customer made a purchase: this email notification is working good!

2) After the item was shipped: this email is sent after getting tracking ID from Aliexpress and using Woocommerce 'completed order' email template.

3) After the customer receive the order: After the customer collect the package from the post office, this email will be great to check if customers are happy with the product. (maybe an option to send this email after 3-4 days from collecting the package).

How will you know that the customer has received the package unless they contact you and tell you? The only other way is if it's been sent by registered mail and the customer has to sign for it. That doesn't happen with free shipping.

Or ... if there is a tracking number, you can manually check to see if the shipping process is finished .i.e The product has been delivered. What a hassle!

Simple solution? Pick a reasonable time period that you think will be enough for the product to be 100% delivered. There is a 45 day guarantee covering product condition AND delivery. So 45 days after every product has been shipped, fire off your 3rd email thanking them for their purchase, hoping they are happy with it and give them a 10% coupon code to come back and BUY MORE STUFF! ... Yay!!!

So today is 26 August ... look for all the orders in your orders list that shipped 45 days ago, about the 12th of July and manually fire off the 3rd email to them.

Sorted ... :)

Thanks for the solution, it's a good option. Aliexpress get the "Delivery successful" information so I was thinking of a solution based on that. Also we can use this information to make sure the customer got the product (I do get an email from Aliexpress saying the product was delivered but it would be nice to have it in the Aliwoo Admin).

It's just a time consuming hassle checking in my opinion. Especially if you have 100s of orders. I think sending a nice thank you email with a modest discount coupon at a set time after the product has shipped is way less hassle, less stressful and a pleasant surprise for the customer.

You do? I've never received one of those ... they must love you! LOL :)

But I agree ... it would be nice if that "delivered" information could be imported into your stores admin the same way as the tracking codes are. Why don't you suggest it in the "Suggestions" part of the forum? It just may be possible.

We can send a message to the customer 20 minutes after asking him/her to take a picture with the product and get a 10% discount for the next purchase. :)

I'd lengthen that 20 minute time to a few days at least. I'd be as annoyed as Hell getting SPAMMED while I was still ripping off the packaging ... lol
