Sorry if this might be a dumb question, I'm a first time SR user.
SR puts out the post without the currency behind the product price:



Do I have to setup it manually (Price: %SALEPRICE% USD & FREE Shipping) or is there a hidden function to pull the currency symbol automatic from the product page?

There is no hidden function to pull currency symbol. Yes, you will add it manually in the template, e. g. USD%SALEPRICE% or %SALEPRIC%EUSD like you said or $%SALEPRICE%.
