currency problem

I was testing an order after selecting CAD in the currency chooser and paying with Stripe.

I want to pay in CAD but the order was still charged in USD.

Is is a plugin setting problem or is it a problem with Stripe?

I check the settings - it seems that there is only one choice for payment currency. Is there anyway to have more than one payment currency since Stripe is able to handle multiple currencies? I want customers in Canada to be able to pay and be charged in CAD (and the payment in their credit card statement as CAD) and the rest in USD.

Your clients can pay in any currency that Stripe supports, then (on your account) it will be converted to a payment currency.

Yes, this is correct - your clients could pay in different currencies that stripe supports, but you see payments in $ as it is your payment currency.
