Support provided me with their reply to you which they sent you 18 days ago when you contacted them:

Alidropship ver.1 is released. Please make sure you've upgraded to the latest version.

The previous version may have some errors that won't be fixed as there is the new version.

Don't worry you won't lose anything after the plugin reinstallation.
