cURL error 28 Alidropship for woocommerce

Hello,
i have bought the plugin on your website and now when i try to activate the plugin it does not work i get an error that say's " Could not connection. cURL error 28: Connection timed out after 10001 milliseconds " i have already done this steps
1. cURL is updated
2. There is open incoming connection available
3. WordPress Address (URL) and Site Address (URL) match.
But it still does not work and my hosting provider has updated everything so it should work but it does not please help me

Could you specify which Hosting do you use?

Sometimes such an error can occur for unstable сonnection between hosting and your site.
If the error isn't rectified, contact your hosting provider, please.
Perhaps, the reason is that the firewall blocks the access to third-party resources on the server or proxy server configuration for cURL is required.
