Credit/Debit cards payment

My customer would like to pay by credit card. But there are problem shows as "invalid API key provided.
Can someone help in the above matter.

May i know, if customer wanna pay by credit card, should us need to create account to receive the payment? What type of account? And its FOC? Thanks
