Country can't be selected on Android which makes it impossible to buy

For some reason the selection of country is broken on Android platforms, which makes it impossible for a customer to select their country and go further to the next screen (shipping). Thus, any purchase can't be made. I don't know if the error was present when I got the shop or is due to an plugin (Autoptimize, etc). Purchasing via Windows 10 works fine and a drop-down menu allows you to select any country.

How should I start to debug the problem?

I just checked and found out that it's not limited to Android. Ordering works fine when I'm logged in to my admin account, but doesn't work when in incognito mode or with one that's not logged on.

This happens, as I said, when someone not logged on with the admin account. Thus, you need to try to buy something.

The problem is in Fast Velocity Minify plugin. Why do you need a second code optimiser if you already have Autooptimiser.
