Hi, I recently bought two custom stores and got the key and it's ok except I can't access the email dashboard for both stores. What is the solution??

I assume you copy /paste the password.

Make sure the copy doesn’t take free space, just copy the password.

The other you can do is to access your cpanel and see your email from the mail section.

Also check your menu bar , on mobile doesn’t show anything when you click it.
