Combined Shipping When Dropshipping to a Customer Ordering From Multiple Suppliers on My Store?

I'm new and just getting set up - If a customer buys multiple products from my Shopify store and they are from several different sellers, is there anyway to combine shipping or will it just be multiple packages and individual shipping?

Combine shipping not possible since the items are from different sellers. It will be only multiple packages and individual shipping. Delivery time also will be varied on each order.
