Cloudflare CDN setup

I have setup Cloudflare with my SiteGround hosting. Site is still quite slow and product images are loading from:
https://ae01.alicdn.com

Can anyone advise how I get them to load from Cloudflare? Do I need to host product images on SiteGround?

You have a misunderstanding about Cloudflare. If images of products is not set to be saved in the server, it will not be saved in the server and Cloudflare has nothing to with it. There are many reasons why a site is loading slow. You need to do some research.
