Clicked 'Place order automatically' but nothing happened.

Hi I have the alidropship chrome plugin, latest version of plugin and theme.

I made an order then try to process it but nothing happened after I press the button 'Place Order Automatically'. I checked Chrome inspector, there was a 500 error with '/wp-admin/admin-ajax.php'. Not sure what happen. I did click on manual order which successfully led me to the product page with plenty of stock. Any idea what happened?

I have access to the server so let me know if you need me to publish any logs.

Please help.

Nvm, manage to figure it out.

Tail the debug.log and saw 'PHP Fatal error: Uncaught Error: Call to undefined function mb_convert_encoding()'

Turns out it is a missing package in my ubuntu server. see: https://stackoverflow.com/questions...-undefined-function-while-mbstring-is-enabled

There is a pop up after clicking the button right now.
