Chrome plugin not working properly

As you see the Alidropship shows on but the bar is just red with no import options

Having the same issue also! It either shows that - or says I need to authorize my site with the Alidropship Google Chrome extension, which I have done.

Hey bro, I figured it out for me. Try deleting the website from the Chrome extension (or whatever browser you're using), and adding it again. Worked for me.

Clear all history and cache, then disable all other plugins and try. Should work then!
Also make sure your site is authorised in the plugin of Chrome.
