Chrome extension not working

Hi and good day. I have some issue with chrome extention of alidropship. I imported the products using direct imports by following all the guides in fixing it by doing the uninstall and reinstall for numerous time clear cache of my website and google chrome refresh the page both in alidropship and the chrome but still im freezes in import 9/30 for almost allday. Please advice.
