Change 'Stay Connected' links

Hey,

At the bottom of my homepage, i have 'Stay Connnected' with Youtube, Twitter etc. icons. How can i change the links to my Youtube channel and my Facebook page?

1. Login to your WordPress store.
2. Click on "Customization".
3. Go to tab "Social Media".
4. Add or edit links.
5. Save settings.
6. Done.
