Category Page not Displaying Products Under it

Hello! Can anyone help me? So i have this certain main category, a lot of products are categorized under it. but when i click on it at the homepage, it displays nothing. when i try to click other main categories, it displays its products.

Hi i just bought the plugin only... I not made a y sales yet as its not ready for launch i need to sort out the ssl today and then add more products. then marketing campaign in fb

i see... i bought the dropshipping package so there were imported listings, article, video, social media accounts and also the socialrabbit plugin which automates posting on social media pages. you might want to buy that also hehe

Ahh yes ok I am a web developer myself so I just required the plugin which came with the theme. I then made some changes to the colors and started adding the products. I really love this option for WordPress. Also awaiting the woo commerce version too. I Think its a better option than shopify and oberlo app. I will get someone on Fiverr to do me a video and the Social Rabbit plugin i will get also later on. I should be ready to launch next week.


Have you made any sales yet?

i see. good for you sir hehe i'm kind of new to this kind of things but im learning..

i havent made any sales yet. i think this kind of niche has a bit of low sales. im tryin to expand my niche at the moment.. ill decide in the next 3months or so if im going to change my niche to somewhat practical haha

can you help me with my problem?

Well I had same issue all i decided to do was delete that catagory and setup a new one then i had to put all the products into that new catagory.

But for you I suggest you get the support team to sort it for you as they originally setup the store right?

yeah but i also had some changes with the categories. i tried experimenting with it :D lemme try that

so heres what happened. when i tried to change the slug to "dota" only.. it shows the products.. but when i tried to put it back to "dota-2", it doesnt show anything. i tried to make a new category with a slug of "dota-2" and still it doesnt show anything :(

Ok so you cannot use the same name again it has to be something new.

hey howd you put greenbar in your website? is that ssl cert? hehe how much you paid for it and whaat ssl provider did u use? hehe

Hi yes i used cloudflare. i will be buying a certificate soon aswell, but for now cloudflare is what im using. once i setup the nameservers and the ssl which is free from cloudflare you need to ask alidropship support to reactivate your licence for the new https:// address also you need to change the site address in tbe wp admin settings to say https

Hi i am using Guru Hosting

www.guru.co.uk.

I have a reseller account with them and have several websites rrunning with them there great but you do need to add the boost option for extra speed which is fine. You get Cpanel too. Support is amazing too
