Hi there, when I scrolled through this forum I see a lot of people sharing PPL experiences, however I didn’t see much about becoming a commercial pilot. After more than a decade of simming, I am more and more toward starting a career in aviation. I’m not interested in ATPL but co-op pilots flying props or business jets seem to be my favorite. Yet in a country where GA almost doesn’t exist, I need to look abroad for opportunities.
Has anyone been through a process like this, going abroad for flight school and finding a job in the industry? Will it be very difficult to deal with visa or working permits? I’d also like to learn which parts of the world would be more suitable for co-op pilots. If I’m seeing a chance, I don’t wanna give up my long time dream.
