can't link my SMTP email with the plugin

i am currently building a website for a client that uses the hostinger service which provides the email information attached to this email
and when i try to link the email to the notification settings using the normal alidropship plugin and try to test it a problem which is also attached to this email appears
please guide me because i haven't found anything related to this problem in your website or your forum
