Cant import reviews at all

Separate - product by product or import for all products, somehow it doesn't work for me and it worked 1-2 weeks ago.

Any ideas what may cause this problem?

use google chrome and install the plugin of chrome

I am using chrome and the reviews are starting the animation (with planes) for importing but doesnt import anything

i was having the same problem

so i just update chrome and reinstall alidrop in chrome
and sign in to my aliexpress account


try it's will work
