Can't import products using chrome extension

Hi there
Everything was working fine but today i wanted to import some products, only to seen at Aliexpress site the import option in the top of the page in Orange is not there!!! the chrome extension is there and logged in. I logged out and authorize it again but nothing. I deactivated the plugin and reactivated it while deleting the cashe but again nothing.

Please help.

I see it just fine, did you update your plugin, have at least PHP 7+ and finally have updated your chrome (three dots in top right -> help -> about google chrome -> check for updates) and if all else fails restart your computer that should about clear out all issues on your end.

If this all fails to help, try emailing the support team.
