Can't import products from AliExpress with AliDropship Chrome extension.

Hi,
All of a sudden, my AliDropship Chrome extension won't import products from AliExpress.
I chatted with an AliDropship support person, and they told me that the Litespeed Cache plugin has messed up the functionality of the AliDropship plugin.
Even after I uninstalled the Litespeed Cache plugin, it's still not working.
They told me to contact the Litespeed support team. I posted a message on their forum, but I still have not gotten a reply.

Can someone please help me.

I've got one site running on litespeed server, and it has indeed caused a lot of problems. But the other site running on Plesk server isn't doing any better. I feel like they have abandoned the whole project.

Is it impossible to import products in batches? I'm in the same situation

I also use the Litespeed plug-in, but I have always been able to use batch import before.
