Can't fulfill orders automatically

I'm new to this woocommerce, need some help from our experts here.

I'm having problems fulfilling orders automatically.
When I do so, I get a message that says I'm not authorized. And please sign into my ali express account.

I already have an Ali express account and the chrome plugin installed. Am I missing something? Do I need to have the same email accounts? Because i have a separate email address for Ali express
