Cannot activate the license - message cURL error 28

Hi, my hosting has been set to php 7 and i have activated the ioncube loader. But still cannot activate my alidropship plugin
the message appear is cURL error 28. connection time out after 10000

What should i do to fix this???

Hello, you need to contact your Hosting support team and send this error. It seems that ionCube Loader has not been activated properly on your server.

hi Victoria, could you help? i have send my cpanel and wordpress access to anna. Anna said that the cURL should be updated, and i have contacted the hosting team and they have updated the cURL. But still the problem occur
