Can license be configured to a test site?

I want to configure a test site on a local virtual machine with the same domain name and ssl as in the real environment.The woo-elgreco template on the test site shows the activation cost, but the dropdown on the graph does not appear, it just says that the activation was successful

Hi there! Thank you for reaching out. Unfortunately, it can't be worked like that.

Because there was a problem with the online site, I just wanted to do a fresh installation in the test environment to import the product data and test if there was any problem. I don't dare to clear the official website directly
