can anybody help me to set different shipping cost for different products

can anybody help me to set different shipping cost for different products.
for example

1. mug(only available in uk but can't deliver to another countries)
deliver from uk in 3 to 5 days

2. another mug not available in uk
deliver from china in 10-20 days

I need in different way but that only show shipping from china to any country

but can't set shipping for two different products sent by different countries to uk.

like can' set for specific product deliver from uk to uk delivery in 3 to 5 days

and for another product deliver from china in 10 to 20 days to uk.

problem is this uk product can't i deliver to another countries in uk but

these products can deliver to any country.means i needs to set only two different types of delivery cost for each product.

i can't set in that way that is very urgent .can you help me please where to go for these settings.
