Hello,
There is an issue with this plugin.
I ordered 5 items, normally discount is 10%
in the modal, the price is good : https://prnt.sc/20ya1nd
but in cart/checkout page, the price is different, like another 10% is applied on it : https://prnt.sc/20ya7c4

As we have checked, this issue is not reproduced from our side. I recommend you to check if the Bulk Discounts and AliDropship Woo plugins are updated on your website to latest versions.
In case plugins are already up-to-date, we will need your WP-admin access details to investigate this issue in more details (you can send these details in a PM).
I'm afraid, but the discount block position can not be changed (it is always determined by a current theme used on a website).
