Hello, what version of plugin do you use? you can PM me your domain name and WP login credentials with product link you are trying to change - I will check.

The answer I got from Support before is when you delete one single variation like "ships from" or "plug type" the system loses synchronization with Aliexpress. Does that still apply or there is a workaround?

If you delete the whole attribute like Color , Ship From - sync will not be possible. If you delete Red for example - 1 color out of 4 - it will not affect anything.
