Bought Social Rabbit plugin -but still waiting for update

Hi there,
I bought the social rabbit for my website a couple of weeks ago and was emailed that the plugin was going to be installed etc... However, I don't see anything or don't know what to do in order to test if the plugin is working. When I login on my site, I see the plugin is activated but when I try to click on the plugin, I get a page that ask for a license key....
Any help would be appreciated.
