Blurry images when you upload to your server. Help

I started a new store, beta testing Raphael and I uploaded images to my server - nearly 400 products but the images turned out blurry.
I have 3 questions:

1. Can I delete the images and reupload them - will this cause problem with databases and the plugin?

2. What I think about doing is turning default wordpress image quality to 100% as it defaults to 90%. Do you think this would help?

3. Did you previously had problem with blurry images and how did you handle it?

It seems that when you delete all images in media library it would not delete the featured image thumbnails because alidropship is saving it in database

The bug with image quality is fixed but it hasn't yet added in Raphael Beta version. It will be added soon.
