Automatic mail failure to make payment

After the plugin was last updated, I noticed that the plugin no longer sends automated email messages to customers who wanted to order but did not complete a payment.

In the past it would have worked and had more sales

Are you aware you stopped it?

Hello, could you please clarify what do you mean? Abandoned cart emails?
