Auto updating confused

Hello everyone, I'm confused on products auto updating settings. In the beginning I thought if I want to have my products to make automatically update, the switch should turn to the right then it turns blue but when you look at the description underneath it says otherwise.
Enable -> turns switch left (greyed out)
Disable -> turns switch right (blue)
Which is which?
