Are products in the shopping cart stored in the browser or in the database?

Hello dear,
I added a product to my shopping cart (not performed a full checkout) then logged in to my account from a second computer ... but the shopping cart is empty in the second computer but not in the first one!

The question is: Where do you store products in the shopping cart? do you store it in the shopper's browser or in the database.

I'm using the AliDropship plugin, disabled the WP Super Cache plugin also disabled the Ads Abandoned Cart AliDropship Plugin but it didn't help.

As for what I know, those information is stored as cookies, you can only save cookies from the same browser from the same phone/computer

Exactly. Otherwise, anyone could log in to his store from different computers and see HIS item in the cart. lol
