App Not Setup Facebook Connection Error

Im trying to connect the Facebook Auth inside the Premium Products page but its not letting me connect.

App Not Setup
This app is still in development mode, and you don't have access to it. Switch to a registered test user or ask an app admin for permissions.

I have a business account inside Facebook and I also tried to create an app thinking that was the problem.

I want to connect to post ads from the Premium Product collections.

Facebook is currently reviewing Premium Products. It means connecting a Facebook page and launching campaigns automatically are temporarily unavailable.

I suggest creating Facebook posts manually using the marketing materials from Campaign Settings and Remarketing Campaign (see attached screenshots).
