alishipping plugin not work

if i select single product and go to cart no shipping option coming .... shipping options come only if i select more than one product.... please check below screen with single product cart and multiple product cart




when i add one more product shipping option shows




2nd... after select shipping option total pricing of order same ... nothing change ... even i click on update cart no change still show only product price total ... not adding shipping charges as per i selected... check below





i dont knwo if someone face same issue and how to resolve this ...
