I'm starting to investigate dropshipping. I purchased AlixExtractor to do some research on AliExpress. However, research doesnt pull through to AliExtractor. I've used the same email login, but nothing when I run the plug-in. See image attached. It has the loading circles and then just ends up looking blank like this.
Have tried some tips I saw online, like reinstalling, clearing cache etc. nothing works and AliExtractor customer service are non-existing - any ideas for how to fix?
