Aliexpress tracking issues

I have an issue about trucking a shipment via epacket, it's been over 20 days that the customer purchased the goods, as I checked the status of the progress it still shows the old data 10/16/17. I tried to contact China EMS but the contact form is missing from contact us page. I tried their site-map and stumbled on some kind of form that it was in Chines, English version is missing.
The customer now has some concerns and she is considering the second option to cancel the order to get refunded because the tracking data still shows the same date and it hasn't changed since then.
Had anyone this kind of situation? What could be done?
