Hi. I have not seen a watermark like that but you could use windows snipping tool, or any screenshot app and then any photo editor to remove as much of the watermark as you can. I use G.I.M.P (yes, that's not a joke name, it's the real name) - which is like a freeware version of photoshop if I need any fancy image editing.
With that you can wash put certain colours to remove the wstermark.
