Aliexpress dropshipping shipping address

Hi again,

While I was adding products to my site, I have noticed that many Aliexpress sellers,
at the end of their product description put something like: "We only ship to confirmed order addresses. Your order address must match your Shipping address."

As someone with a big experience with Aliexpress, my questions to you are:

Is that true? Will they only ship to addresses that are of the account holder?

Also, are they able to see the account holder address?

And finally, has anybody sent you a product to your address instead of the address you put on the check out page?

I ask many questions,
But I hope, I'll find an answer to each of them.

They ship to the address you stated on your order. No issues here.
