Alidropship WOO Plugin Import Products Not Importing Products

I am having a lot of trouble with the alidropship woo plugin. When I use the direct import button and takes me over to aliexpress It automatically selects 48 products that I don't want and it doesn't give me options to delete or choose the products individually on my own. Also the button up top doesn't seem to recognize my website even though it is all connected and the drop down menu is blank. What am I doing wrong? Also my import page looks nothing like the one I've seen in tutorials. I was even able to import products (not the ones i wanted of course from the 48 that are automatically chosen). You can see I don't have those same options as the tutorial pages do. SOMEONE PLEAS HELP!!

It seems that you use outdated plugin version. You need to update it to the latest : 1.3.7

I already have the updated plugin....and I already have the chrome extension. I can now upload products individually now.... so I will just do that from now on.

They should seriously have a customer service phone number. They are running this business from another country and it is very hard to deal with people who don't understand the US business.

If you mean Alidropship, they are also based in the U.S. and they understand U.S. business maybe better than you do.

Importing products from AliExpress using alidropship plugin is free, unless you want to import using alidropship.me.

Personally I don't use it for importing products (at least not in bulk) I use it for the semi-auto order placement and the tracking import etc. However product imports are free unless you want the 'curated' imports with nicely worded descriptions etc. which is an extra service. I haven't tried that either. From the plugin pages it isn't entirely clear that this is the case, but you can import unlimited products for free from AliExpress with just the basic plugin and no add-ons.
