1. What PHP version is your site? What PHP version plugin did you download?
2. Did you try deleting and downloading a fresh zip file and reinstalling?
3. Did you enter your license key?
4. Did you change from http to https?
5. Did you change your domain name?

no. i do not change . my site is https

If all those answers above are correct and without looking at your setup and not knowing exactly what you did ... I'm out of ideas.

You better contact support and wait till Monday for help.

I'd still try uninstalling/deleting ... downloading a fresh zip, re-uploading/activating again if I was you. The boxes are all ticked with everything else. Unless there is some change to something, somewhere you made that you have not mentioned.

Is it me or the option to add the "image description" to "image gallery" isn't present in the stable release?

I remember that in the beta test @Vitaly Kukin showed us this option.
