Besides the plugin itself .. everyone has other different extra plugins, hosting and other variables. One of those variables is possibly causing the problem. I'd start by disabling other plugins one by one .. and refreshing a product page each time you disable one and check if its ok. If that doesn't identify the problem .. start thinking again.
For example .. I recently had an extra plugin that stopped text being displayed in post pages. I had to change to another plugin.
