Alidropship Plugin

I am unable to update alidropship plugin from version 1.6.6 to 1.6.16. It shows an error message in my wordpress dashboard.
In cpanel also if i want to update the php version from 7.0 to 7.1 or 7.2 also i receive error message:
Error: (XID k5m8et) The “ea-php71-php-fpm” service is not installed.

This problem is preventing me from installing the alidropship addons. There is always an error after installing them.
Addons such as:
promo banner
count down timer
abandoned cart
social rabbit

Help needed urgently.

Yes me too. @Victoria Kudryashova @Yaros could you please check why we are stuck on AliDropship version 1.6.6 and not able to update to the latest version of 1.6.16?

@andcole I was researching the solution and fixed my problem by changing PHP version to 7.2

I get error when i attempt to upgrade to PHP version 7.1 or 7.2
