I fixed this error I done all steps again Just needs to be carefull to follow all steps properly.

In google developer console never forget to choose google Analytics API because confusion with google +API.I got error because I choose wrong one needs to choose only Google Analytics API and follow every step.
One more step needs to be careful you needs to repeat step 9( Click the Create Credentials and select OAuth client ID option) in step 14
(Select Other, enter Name -> Create)
again then choose other .
