Alidropship plugin does not processing the purchase orders automatically - Brazilian Store

- Alidropship plugin for woocommerce
- Website hosting in Hostgator
- DNS pointed in Cloud Flare

In my Brazilian store I'm having a problem to process the purchase orders automatically. In all cases are being necessary to fill all customer data manually.
I prepared the sequence slides with the detailed legends, please see in attachment.

Perhaps is it happening with anyone, are there any information?
