Hi, which plugin is more beneficial to use, please? Could you compare what is the difference? Thank you.

AliPartnership plugin is for creating Aliexpress affiliates sites, it helps you import products to your own store then when someone order a product they got redirected to Aliexpress to complete the purchase .

I think you should read more about the difference between an Affiliate site & a dropshipping store.
