AliDropship Checkout Support?

I'm having issues after trying to purchase the plugins. I got the error message "Your card's security code is incorrect", however my bank says the payment was processed and the funds are gone from my account. The security code was definitely correct as it was autofilled by the Bitwarden browser plugin, which I use all the time for online purchases.

I sent an email through the contact form and got a swift response, but after that I am getting no responses to my emails, I have no licence and the money is gone from my account.

Where is the best place to get this sorted out?
