alidropship cannot proceed to checkout and jump back to homepage

I tried to check out after add products into cart, however instead of proceeding to payment page, it just jump out to homepage, I tried several templates and had same problem, updated all extentions and tool to latest version however still same problem...anyone can comment what is wrong?

Have you contacted Support team?

- Check to see if you already connect your Payment Gateway into your site yet.
- Check if any of your plugin have the option to redirect pages
- Deactivate all of your plugins, turn on Alidropship plugin only and see if it works, and slowly turn on each plugin to see what's causing the issue
