alidropship alone or alidropship for woo?

I'm thinking about building a store but i don't know which option is the best.
Both have all the same features? Why choose one over other?
I imagine with the woocommerce one you have more options of themes right?

If i choose to go with the woo version, and later on i want to swtich is that possible and is just a switch or its not?
