Hi Can any one explain whether I should take a domain with static IP? also whether the oayment gateway be conneted with my website or will be redirected to AliExpress site?

You simply register a domain with any domain registrar. AliExpress has nothing to do with your payment gateway. For more info: https://help.alidropship.com
