Ali Dropship Plugin Install

Hi all, I have recently bought the plugin but I can only install the woo version for some reason. When I try to install the plugin (not woo version) I get an error page saying "Are you sure you want to do that? Please try again" and it just won't install.

I have no issues with woo version. I have messaged support (2 days ago) but as of yet, still not had a reply so I thought I would turn to you all

I think I need my key resetting as I put it on a test server/domain first. I am now ready to move to my proper URL

Any help/advice would be greatly received.

I am sorry to hear you are having issues installing the plugin. Could you please pm me your WP access details, I'll check what might be wrong.

Hi All,

Just a quick update on my issue. I managed to install the plugin using file manager and then unpacking it myself. However, it would appear that my hosting provider had done some security updates on their servers and were somehow blocking cURL connections. They have resolved this now and I'm up and running Happy holidays everyone
